The aim of the testing was to compare the methodology and measurement results of Impactor device and the new testing device IKO Biodetector BD-500.
Measurements were performed in 3 rooms. Measurements were made simultaneously and the devices were located side by side. The measurement time at one measuring point was l0 min. The results were expressed as the number of colony forming units per I m3 of air (CFU/m3).
